Entombed Metal Fest, when it celebrated 2 years!!

I wrote a preview about the Entombed Metal Fest and how its special to me. I didn't publish it as I thought people won't love to read my dramatic stuffs. So I decided to write about my experience of the gig instead. Entombed Metal Fest completed its 2 years of journey with a huge blast on 30th August. It was an evening I was happy to be part of specially when you see the turnout being double from the first edition. I am happy to share the experience with everyone and also for those who couldn't make it.

I reached the venue when The Abel Projekt just began playing sharp at 4:30 PM I guess and I am so happy about it. The first edition began almost a hour late and on the day of anniversary everything began in time. I quickly entered the venue and The Abel Projekt took only few seconds to make me glued towards them. What an amazing band, I would say. Perfect breakdowns, perfect time signatures and perfect on stage performance completely won everyone's attention in the crowd.

Next Anarchy took the stage and diverted the whole crowd towards thrash zone and I must say, we all were involved in its conquer. The band is super tight and definitely moved the crowd like a plague and made sure everyone would not stop headbanging until just before the wrap up COPS invaded the party.

After a short delay and few clouds of smokes everywhere the scene was sorted and Adamantium  took the stage until just before the start again the COPS invaded the momentum. After another long duration of confusion among everyone the gig came to alive and guess who resurrected it? Ofcourse Demonic Resurrection.

During the DR set the crowd completely felt like it got multiplied and the mosh, screams and windmills were seen all around. It was Ctrl+Alt+Dlt where I was loosing space to move my head last time and the same incident took place during DR's set. They were explosive and without doubt a perfect album launch for the amazing "The Demon King". With a mix up setlist of old and brand new songs, DR completely injected some energy and resurrected the gig and pushed the restart button for the party. The crowd was so wild that I was struggling to watch the band and ended up only watching the lighting and peoples head . (HAHA)

Almost everyone thought the gig was over before it was announced the two bands who are left will play. Henceforth Adamantium took the stage next and I was enjoying them quiet in a very abnormal way. I was drinking some yellow fluid and I was feeling very light and kind of got into the music they were playing.

Cruoris is definitely going to be the face of Pune's Death Metal. They completely destroyed the venue with some insane death metal. They are the reason for my neck pain and its worth it. From playing own brutal originals to covering Cannibal Corpse, they have done everything to turn the crowd crazy.

The gig wrapped up after the post mortem of the Cake. I hope the organizers enjoyed the dead body.

I was quiet happy about the gig getting over before 10 PM and hence I reached home in time and enjoyed Chelsea's win against Everton (6-3).

Thank you for reading and for some images of the head to Metalhead Spotted or Rakesh Oswal's page.

Next is The Stormfest Anniversary, and I wrote a review for Metaljesus Magazine, Click to read.
