Vande Mataram - My Side Of The Story : A Beautiful Tribute to Kargil Warriors !

How often do we sit and wonder, what would happen if we wouldn't have army ? I guess we all are busy in wondering what we will do when we will be officially established, or when will my good times will come or why I am so lonely or why BABY METAL is getting accepted everywhere ! On that note as a tribute to Kargil Warriors My Side Of The Story released this amazing instrumental version of Vande Mataram. I don't really know how to express my review about the track, but it does gives you goosebumps and make you travel through the furious war zones that we always imagine after watching some hollywood flicks. Its really hard to explain how it might be to be going to war and millions of life depending on how you fight in the battlefield. Being as a common citizen we only can pray and salute them for their brave act which ensure our happiness. I think this track would have made Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay very proud. It will definitely make you feel proud for being an Indian and should wake you up from the sleep of ignorance and force you to google about Kargil War (haha). So been in Pune for two years and I met tons of people, here is my top 5 reactions people give me after they get their answer back. There are loads but these are my favorites !

1. Its about my name. It takes a lot of time to believe my name is Adwaita. They assume I might have a NORTH EAST name as well. They end up asking am I a mixed breed of NE and Normal Indian. How my name can be ADWAITA ! Yeah, yeah, My name is Zefreghu Huytryu

2. Its about my traveling habit in bus. I have some phobia with vehicle. I am scared as fuck to ride. So I prefer bus, but that's not the point. (Actually can't afford also) Its again going to North East root, according to them we never travel in bus. But hello I do, everyday 40 km Duh, though now I moved in somewhere near to my college but I did for two years. So whenever I am asked how you came, and my reply is by BUS...the next thing I hear "YOU OKAY ?



3. Its about me not eating some animals ( not taking animals name as I don't want hurt anybody's sentiment), which I am supposed to eat being from North East. Sorry, I am a vegetarian by situation. If I eat chicken everyday I am going to stay empty for the whole month. So I only eat cheap Non-Veg like eggs and Chicken when my pocket is full or may be when I am somewhere drinking yellow water. So when I reply them , nah I never had it, they would ask me if I am sure.

 
4. Its about me being always broke. Yeah, I am always broke. People do ask me and invite me in their plans, parties, adventure etc etc but I always reject saying I am Broke ! I am actually always broke. I am very bad with currency. So they don't buy it all the time and end up asking Why are you always broke ?

 

5. Its about my Hindi speaking ability. I believe i can't speak english properly as people always sit behind me and always tries to rectify my english grammar, pronunciation, accent but no one really bother if you make mistakes while speaking hindi. So I prefer speaking hindi and the first reaction I get from the opposite side is quiet scary. OMG , aap hindi boltey hoh !

Oh Gosh, I remember more now, but some other time ! Keep smiling ! Cheers !

Ironclad : Undying Inc Football Club : A dream/ What ?

The first time I discovered Undying Inc was back in 2008 when RSJ came up with THE PIT CD which featured Acrid Semblance, IIIrd Sovereign, Artillerie and Undying Inc. This CD destroyed my brain and I was no more confused in choosing what to do in future. I tried to contact or speak with the band and I remember sending a message in Myspace that their pose looked like BFMV (Tears Don't Fall was a hit). Surprisingly they replied with a smile and a laugh. I am blessed to send request to the band members as soon as facebook became hit and orkut died.

Moving on the band released their EP "Ironclad", which is insanely good. You guys must have went through many reviews, so I am not wasting my words here and bore you all. But wait for it ...

If you follow them in facebook, you may have noticed they not really digging the football/ world cup posts and not really into it which is fine as I don't know anything about Baseball or American Football or Rugby for example (Sorry USA/UK- No hard feelings, teach me OK). So I decided to express how I felt the EP sounded in a new way. Here we go, hope they will have some good laugh and  won't hate me for this, I love them yeah :
